Ginny Richards is from North Carolina and Virginia and grew up vacationing every summer on the NC coast. She lived half her childhood in Raleigh and the second half in southwest Virginia. She attended college at Virginia Tech and majored in their Real Estate Program within the Pamplin College of Business. There, she was president of the VT Real Estate Club as well as an Ambassador for the Real Estate Program. Ginny enjoys returning to Virginia Tech for football, tailgating, and basketball games.
Ginny has grown up around real estate all her life, with her dad being a broker for 30+ years in North Carolina and Virginia. Throughout college, she completed several commercial and residential real estate internships. After college, she worked for a boutique commercial real estate firm in Raleigh as a broker assistant and eventually moved back home to get into business with her dad’s commercial firm. There, she worked with him in sales and leasing for two years before moving to Wilmington in 2022 and joining Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. She is part of the Sherwood Strickland Group at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. She is licensed in North Carolina and Virginia.
Ginny has a black and tan coonhound with whom she loves spending her free time! When she's not working, she enjoys going to the beach, spending time on the water, and visiting home. Ginny is passionate about real estate and prioritizes communication, hard work, and lasting relationships.
